You can book Sauna Infusions onlineusing our booking system and pay the additional DKK 25 fee monday, wednesday and thursday, its 50 on tuesdays.

The tuesday session
18.00: intensive session around 10 minutsm 75-80 degree.
19.00: Peeling 2 x 8 minuts session peeling with salt, 70-75 degree.
20.00: Meditation session 15 minuts, 65 degree.
For the tuesday event the additional pay is DKK 50.

Please bring a towel to sit on whilst in the sauna.

Sauna Infusions, known locally as Saunagus, is an exhilarating blend of specially selected essential oils that envelop you in beautiful scents and produce a range of different effects. An aromatherapy experience that provides renewed energy, smooth skin and, in particular, rids the body oftoxins.
The SaunaMaster pours a perfect balance of essential oils and water on the scorching sauna rocks.The resulting humid air is distributed around the saunaby the SaunaMaster swinging a towel generating heat waves that create air pockets of up to 150°C.
PLEASE NOTE.
Not suitable for children. The minimum age 18 years old because certain oils can induces changes in the secretion of hormones.
Pregnant women may not participate because certain oils are abortive and microscopic oil particles can pass through the skin to the foetus and children under 2 years old must not be exposed to essential oils.
Breastfeeding mothersmay experience increased / inhibited milk production.
Participants with heart problems or high blood pressure should consult their doctor first.
If you have allergies to fragrancesof perfumes, it is not recommended you participate.
It is NOT recommended to wear glasses orjewellery for Sauna Infusions. Contact lenses are OK.
Aqua Forum uses 100% genuine essential oils.
A towel must be used to sit on.
